The owner, George Pelletier, has been involved in real estate development for many years in Dallas, Austin and now also New Mexico. He has built or heavily remodeled all of these properties shown here in addition to building or developing over $50,000,000 in other projects. He is proud of his accomplishments, but even more he takes pride in providing a first class living experience that includes the best management and finest upkeep. These are not a great number of properties, but rather they are quality properties that are well maintained and cared for. And the rates are reasonable and many times they reflect what is the lowest square footage rate in the neighborhood.
